Look what is coming June 19Th! A new book from ROSES  author Leila Meacham. I for one can not wait for this book I loved Roses and I have recommended it to every one I know. If you ahvent read Roses please do so you will not be dissapointed.
Here isa brief summary:
Devoted readers of Leila Meacham will devour this long, juicy page-turner. TUMBLEWEEDS is the story of three young friends-the saint, the sinner, and the angel-growing up together in the sort of small Texas Panhandle town that lives and dies by its Friday night football games. A fateful event casts a long shadow over these three intertwined lives and leaves the reader turning the pages desperately to see how it all plays out.

The Pursuit of Lucy BanningBy Olivia Newport

Sumamry:Lucy Banning may live on the exclusive Prairie Avenue among Chicago's rich and famous, but her heart lies elsewhere. Expected to marry an up-and-coming banker from a respected family, Lucy fears she will be forced to abandon her charity work--and the classes she is secretly taking at the newly opened University of Chicago. When she meets an unconventional young architect who is working on plans for the upcoming 1893 World's Fair, Lucy imagines a life lived on her own terms. Can she break away from her family's expectations? And will she ever be loved for who she truly is?

Readers will love being swept away into a world of mansions, secrets, and romance as they follow Lucy through the streets of the Windy City during one of the most exciting times in the city's history.
My Thoughts:This was one book I could not put down from the moment I steped in to the world of Lucy Banning I was hooked.Lucy is fiesty and strong. Yet she has a tender side to her . I loved all the details and the history of the world fair. My favorite parts were the scenes between Charlotte and Lucy and watching their friendship grow. If  you loved Downton abbey you will enjoy this book. Thanks to Revell publishersor the chance to review the book! I will defintly be watching for  future books in the series.
